Detail:
1er quart du 14ème siècle. Le texte de la "préface au pavillon des orxhidées" rédigée par Wang Xizhi (vers 303-vers 361) en 353 de notre ère raconte les circonstances dans lesquelles le célèbre calligraphe et ses amis se livrèrent à une joute poétique à l'occasion de la fête de la purification., c'est la calligraphie la plus célèbre de la tradition chinoise.
