, né le 24 février 1823 à Paris et mort le 19 mai 1903
(à 80 ans)
à Écouen, est un peintre de paysage, peintre de genre et graveur français. Il est le fils de Marie-Pauline Soyer, née de Saint-Yves Landon, fille de Charles Paul Landon, ancien conservateur du musée du Louvre.
Note : Ne pas confondre avec Paul Soyer (1832-1903), ciseleur, graveur, émailleur (émaux Soyer).
