Chen Daofu
(Ch'en Tao-fu, simplified: 陈道复); ca. 1483-1544 was a Chinese landscape painter, calligrapher, and poet during the Ming Dynasty (1368–1644). Chen was born in Changzhou in the Jiangsu province. His style name was 'Fupu' and his sobriquet was 'Baiyang shanren'. Chen painted landscapes and flowers with a free and natural style. He studied under Wen Zhengming.
